I'm a former Apple engineer who programmed the text-editing software for the first color Macintosh.
Turning to screenwriting, I wrote numerous award-winning feature-length and short scripts. Six of my shorts were produced and screened at international film festivals.
In 2017, I began writing novels, and my debut, a young adult fantasy titled Dreadmarrow Thief, won the silver medal in the SPR Book Awards and the bronze in the Wishing Shelf Book Awards.
I now have two more published novels: Last Girl Standing (YA sci-fi) and Invader (sci-fi), newly released on May 1, 2019.
I earned my BA in English from Stanford University and have appeared as a speaker, panelist, and contest judge at schools, writing conventions, and film festivals.
